Welcome to Banz Carewear! By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Dispatch Times

  • We aim to process orders paid by credit card or Afterpay, within 1-3 business days. If there were unforeseen circumstances which prevented us from reaching this target, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch.
  • Orders paid via bank deposit are dispatched once funds have cleared in our bank account.

 

Order Confirmations

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • A second email will confirm dispatch and tracking information.
  • Please check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you don’t see our emails.

 

Courier Services

  • We use various courier companies for delivery, with signature-required service by default. If you’d prefer delivery without a signature, let us know in the Order Notes at checkout. Please note: If you authorise a parcel to be left without a signature and it goes missing after confirmed delivery, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
  • Rural deliveries cannot be signature-required.
  • We use NZ Post and Post Haste for delivery of our products within NZ and this includes tracking on all parcels. 
 

Delivery Areas & Timelines

  • Orders placed via the website are for delivery within New Zealand only. We distribute through the pacific islands as well – please email us to process your order so we can calculate shipping correctly.
  • Standard delivery:
    • Urban: 1–5 working days from dispatch
    • Rural: 2–7 working days from dispatch
  • Chatham Islands, Hauraki Gulf, and other outlying islands: Delivery not available through website. Please use a mainland address or email us and we can process the order and calculate shipping correctly.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Urban: $10.00
  • Rural: $16.00
  • Rates are flat and calculated automatically at checkout.

 

Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can look into this for you.

  • Banz Distribution Ltd cannot be held liable for items that go missing using courier services. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about and rectify issues with parcels using the selected courier service, directly. 

 

Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST.
  • We accept:
    • Visa, MasterCard, American Express
    • Afterpay
    • Apple Pay, Google Pay
    • Bank Deposit (details provided after checkout)

 

Exchange Rate Notice

If you’re shopping from outside NZ and paying with a foreign credit card, the amount charged may vary due to currency conversion. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.

 

Product Availability & Ownership

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We do our best to ensure stock levels in our warehouse match the website however sometimes there are anomalies.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities per customer or order.
  • Products remain the property of Banz Distribution Ltd until full payment is received.
  • We will hold unpaid orders for up to 3 business days before releasing items for resale.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions are owned or licensed by Banz and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
