We know you’re looking forward to receiving your Banz Carewear parcel! Here’s how we get it to you.
Orders paid by credit card, Laybuy or Afterpay will be dispatched on the next business day. Bank deposit orders will be dispatched the next business day after the payment clears in our bank account.
You’ll receive an order confirmation via e-mail to let you know your order has been received. We’ll then e-mail you again when your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive our emails, please check your junk/spam/promotions folder, as they are often mis-sorted there.
We use Post Haste and Pass The Parcel couriers, which allows us to send your parcel ‘signature-required’. We feel this is the best way to get your parcel to you safely. Unfortunately signature-required deliveries are not possible to rural addresses.
If you’d rather not sign for your parcel, or if you’d prefer the courier left it in a safe place on your property without gaining a signature, please tell us in the Order Notes section you’ll see when placing your order.
(Please note: if you ask us to give the courier ‘Authority To Leave’, ie, non-signature delivery, and the delivery is made and verified to have been delivered by Post Haste or Pass The Parcel, but subsequently goes missing, we will not be responsible for replacement or refund of the order.)
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier, which will allow you to track your order in their website.
Please check your shipping address before you confirm your order. If your order is being couriered to a business address, ensure the business name is included in the address you give us.
Please do not use a Post Office box as your delivery address as our couriers cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
While we welcome international customers, delivery is to New Zealand addresses only.
Waiheke Island delivery: please note that it is not possible to send your order on an overnight delivery, as our couriers only offer two-day deliveries to Waiheke Island.
Chatham Islands, Hauraki Gulf and other outlying islands delivery: it’s not possible to deliver to the Chathams or other islands. We suggest having your order sent to a mainland New Zealand address and ask your friend to send the order on to you.
Shipping charges: Our flat-rate delivery charges are $8 for urban addresses and $10.95 for rural addresses. This charge is calculated automatically by our website.
Please allow 1-3 days for urban delivery and 1-5 days for rural delivery.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel has not made it to you in the above time frame, please phone us on 022-193-7934 with the details of your order. We will start a search with the courier and, if necessary, we will replace your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Cancelling An Order
Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and normally shipped within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Therefore, in-stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
If any goods reach you with a manufacturing defect, or you wish to return an item to us for any other reason, simply return the goods to us within 30 days to:

Replacements will be made once the goods are returned. By advising us that you are returning goods we can look out for them.
If an order fails to reach you or arrives in a faulty condition due to manufacturing defects you can choose to have a full refund rather than receiving a replacement. In this case please contact us at refunds or by phone on 022-193 7934 and we will arrange to refund your purchase in full.
If you have any queries about colours or sizing before purchase, please contact us at enquiries – it pays to “measure twice – buy once”. However, if you do have a change of mind about the colour or size of your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another product. Please ensure the labels are intact and your item is in original, as-received condition, then contact us on 022-193 7934 or by e-mail at returns.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices and charges are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and include 15% GST. We currently only deliver to New Zealand addresses, however we welcome overseas customers who wish to purchase from our website for delivery to a New Zealand address.
Customers can pay for purchases by credit card using either Visa, MasterCard and American Express; use the Laybuy and Afterpay time payment systems – part-payment amounts are noted on each product; or by bank deposit, using internet banking.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after you complete your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact us by clicking order confirmations or by phone on 022-193 7934. If you choose to pay by bank deposit, the confirmation e-mail will contain our bank account details. Orders will be dispatched after the funds have cleared.
Orders are normally dispatched the next business day.
Credit card payments are processed on our site through an encrypted interface to Stripe Payment Solutions. NOTE: Credit card details are NOT processed or held by Banz Carewear NZ (Little Options Ltd).
Credit card information is not seen or held by this merchant
No credit card information is seen or held by us. Secure credit card transactions are performed through our third-party provider, Stripe. Their interface allows us to provide the most secure method of payment processing for customers. As well as protecting our customer’s private details, using Stripe also allows us to participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Securecode schemes.
Exchange Rate variations:
If you are outside New Zealand and choose to pay by credit card, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account, due to exchange rate fluctuations. As we are based in New Zealand, your purchase is converted to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
In the unlikely situation that a dispute arises from a purchase, please contact us at enquiries. You have the rights and remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the dispute relates to the use of a credit card, you may also contact the credit card issuer to seek their advice.
Conditions of use
Banz Carewear New Zealand provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Banz Carewear New Zealand’s website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Banz Carewear New Zealand service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Banz Carewear New Zealand, whether or not included in the this website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
Ownership of Goods
Orders are not binding upon Banz Carewear New Zealand until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We remain the owners of the products we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe to us for all the products. We will only hold goods for seven business days from the time of order until payment is received (plus any additional time while funds clear). If no payment is received within seven days of your order, goods in short supply may be released for other sales.
Colours and Representations
Different computer screens may display colours slightly differently and so the images on this site are to be used as a representation of the products appearance only.
The text and images of people or places displayed on the site are the property of either Banz Carewear New Zealand or a third party. The use of these images and/or text by you, or anyone authorised by you, is prohibited unless you obtain the express, written permission of Banz Carewear New Zealand.
